I will send a picture later.<\/p>\n<p>This is a picture of some dzopkios (the d is silent) I took the picture while we were waiting for the helicopter to pick us up.<\/p>\n<p>I would have liked to trek back all the way to Lukla but we might have had to wait at the airport for several hours or even days.<\/p>\n<p>When we got back to Kathmandu we went to a restaurant and ordered salads, everyone in the group was so happy to eat fresh greens.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t think I lost that much weight, maybe a couple of pounds.<\/p>\n<p>Love,<br \/>\nMerrianne<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi Roderick, Wendy and I are relaxing in the lobby of the Tibet Guest House, we are going to walk over to the Garden of Dreams soon.
