Dzopkios

Hi Roderick,

Wendy and I are relaxing in the lobby of the Tibet Guest House, we are going to walk over to the Garden of Dreams soon. I will send a picture later.

This is a picture of some dzopkios (the d is silent) I took the picture while we were waiting for the helicopter to pick us up.

I would have liked to trek back all the way to Lukla but we might have had to wait at the airport for several hours or even days.

When we got back to Kathmandu we went to a restaurant and ordered salads, everyone in the group was so happy to eat fresh greens.

I don’t think I lost that much weight, maybe a couple of pounds.
