We have repacked our gear, checked over all our supplies and are ready to head on to the next part of this trip, the actual trek. We went on a short field trip to this temple, very fascinating. There are public cremations here, we observed
several while we were here.
The weather has been fairly pleasant here in Kathmandu, a bit on the warmer side. I have not seen mosquitoes or cockroaches. We have to drink bottled water only, even for brushing our teeth.
We leave in two hours for Lukla.
