We got here about 3 hours before our flight, and it took only 1 hour to get through security and to gate 17. No checked bags, but we still had to go to a human agent to check in, since we have an international connection.

Merrianne got random-flagged to take her shoes off and have them tested. I (Roderick) got flagged on account of my mini-screwdriver set. The big delay was waiting in line behind other people waiting for human inspection, like a couple that was getting their baby formula tested.

I’m not as well-prepared as usual, perhaps because I miscalculated how much time it would take to prepare and host Thanksgiving dinner at our place the day before yesterday. I’m actually setting up this website as we sit at the airport.
