Prineville, OR

Our group of four continued on to Prineville the next day, and camped at a city park with a pool. Merrianne enjoyed the swim. I did one lap and quit.

Deschutes River along the way. There were 3 girls in bikinis directly below the bridge, but I’m not including that picture here.
It was hot – high of 93 F.
Merrianne and I stopped for lunch at Big O in Redmond.
Prineville was our stop for the day.
The 4 of us camped in the city park. Merrianne and I shared the tent furthest away.

It doesn’t show, but the mosquitoes were ravenous at the city park. Everyone got bitten.

After setting up camp, we swam in the pool. Merrianne was a lap swimmer, but I wasn’t. I think maybe the only reason we used the pool was for the showers before. Real showers, far superior to the sink showers the previous night.

We all had dinner together.
